Free Paul Jacob
Information gathered by the American Policy Roundtable
The Background
On October 2, 2007,
Paul Jacob, and two
other individuals
were arrested and
indicted on felony
charges by the state
of Oklahoma.
Their crime was
simply exercising
their right to
"petition the
Government for a
redress of
grievances", as
stated in the First
Amendment of the
U.S. Constitution.
They now face the
grim possibility of
spending up to ten
years in prison.
The charges against
Paul and the two
other individuals
are part of a
politically
motivated campaign
to suppress any
citizen initiatives
in the State of
Oklahoma. You

Get Involved
The
injustice committed against Paul Jacob and
others is not the first time the rights of free
individuals have been threatened. The War
of Independence and the Civil Rights Movement
resulted from government intrusion on the
unalienable rights of the people. These
rights did not originate with any civil
government, but were given to mankind by their
Creator. In the years leading up to the
War of Independence, Sam Adams witnessed the
violation of rights and the suppression of
liberty by Great Britain. He decided to
spread the word of what was happening in
America, by forming Committees of
Correspondence, which organized citizens across
the land, and created an unstoppable surge of
momentum that changed the course of history.
