What's the
Issue?
There are several major issues regarding life and health.
Currently, there is much debate over the issue of physician-assisted
suicide, partial-birth abortion, and infanticide. These issues are being
debated both in Columbus and on Capitol Hill.
Health care is also being debated. There are continual attempts by the
current administration to persuade Congress to implement more national
health care notions.
What
is the Current Debate?
The more government is involved in health care, the more
bureaucratic, expensive and ineffective health care becomes. There are
serious problems with major insurance companies as well. These firms
operate HMOs that are continually suspect for limiting necessary care
for patients.
